Make it the night before and wake up with a very tasty breakfast! Overnight flavored oatmeal, sweetened with a little honey and layered with fruits - healthy and delicious!

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup rolled or old-fashioned Oats
  • 1 cup Milk, adjust amount to taste
  • 6 oz Blueberry or plain Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons (up to 4 tbsp) Chia Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tablespoons Honey, adjust amount to taste
  • Fruits that are in season, like Blueberries, Strawberries and Peaches

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl mix together the oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, vanilla extract and honey. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 2 hours. Layer the oats and fruits in a jar or simply mix together everything in a bowl. Enjoy immediately.
