Ingredients
 

  • 1 (14 oz) bottle Corn salsa, sweet and spicy and tomato less
  • 1 (8 oz) package Cream Cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 cup fresh Cilantro, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Place corn salsa and cubed cream cheese in a microwaveable bowl and cook on high for 3 minutes. Give it a quick stir. Microwave for another 1-2 minutes.
  • Stir in the freshly chopped cilantro. Garnish with extra cilantro on top. Serve immediately with corn chips or your favorite crisps.

Notes

I used the corn salsa from Trader Joe's which is sweet and spicy and that works best for me. You can also use other corn salsa but feel free to adjust the amount of ingredients to taste.
