This is delicious tiramisu in dip form! I've brought this to a party and everyone loved it. So easy to make and it's ready in 10 MINUTES. Perfect for the holidays or any gathering!
In a bowl, beat the softened mascarpone cheese, 2 tablespoons icing sugar, cocoa powder and espresso powder until smooth.
Whip the cream with the remaining icing sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Fold most of it (leaving a small amount for topping) into the cheese mixture.
Divide the tiramisu dip into small glassed and top each with a small dollop of the remaining cream. Dust with cocoa powder on top. Serve with Italian lady fingers or your favorite cookies for dipping.
This can be made several hours ahead if you like. Simply add the cream topping before serving.
