Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries, washed and chopped
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened Applesauce (if sweetened you may not need to add any sweetener at all) – or 2 fresh apples peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Honey or Agave Nectar, or to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel the frozen bananas. I find the potato peeler or a small knife useful to remove the frozen skin. Slice the bananas into smaller pieces.

  2. Place the strawberries, applesauce, yogurt, frozen bananas, and your preferred sweetener in the blender. Process until smooth. Adjust the sweetness to your taste. Serve immediately!
