Holiday Fruit and Nut Clusters

Coated in chocolate, these yummy clusters of nuts, fruits, and seeds are a delicious treat for the holidays or as an everyday snack! Quick to make and no baking required!

Ingredients
 

  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • cup toasted sesame seeds, It’s easy to toast sesame seeds. Place the seeds in a small skillet and using medium heat, dry-fry/toast them. Stir while toasting to prevent burning. When the seeds have changed their color then, they’re done.
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Place chocolate chips on a heat-proof bowl over a saucepan with barely simmering water. Allow the chocolate to melt completely. Stir occasionally until the chocolate is smooth and glossy. Set aside.
  • Mix the remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Stir in the melted chocolate. Mix everything well.
  • Using a rounded teaspoon (I used a 1/2 tablespoon – so it’s slightly bigger), spoon the mixture into mini-muffin liners. Allow to set. Makes about 30-40 pieces depending on the size of the clusters.

Notes

TIPS & TRICKS
