  • 8 pounds Spiral Ham, fully cooked
  • 1 Orange, sliced
  • 1 cup Water

For the Glaze

  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 1/4 cup Marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper, freshly ground (optional)

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 F.

Place the orange slices in a roasting tin; add the water. Place a roasting rack on top, if using, and position the ham on the rack with the cut-side at the bottom. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 15 minutes per pound or until its temperature internally reaches 140 F. This ham took about 2 hours to be fully heated through.

  2. About 15 minutes before the ham is done, mix all the glaze ingredients. Glaze the ham all over, return the pan to the oven and increase the heat to 400 F. Continue to bake for another 5-10 minutes or until the crust looks slightly crusty and caramelized.

  3. Let ham rest for 30 minutes. Enjoy. :)
