Apple Butter Snickerdoodle Bars

Soft, chewy, and infused with warm spices, these bars combine the classic taste of snickerdoodles with rich apple butter for a delicious twist.

INGREDIENTS

- All-Purpose Flour - Cream of Tartar - Baking Soda - Salt

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9×13 baking pan with parchment paper. In a small bowl, stir together cinnamon and sugar for the topping. Set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate large mixing bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar with a hand mixer until light and fluffy.

Mix in apple butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Add in flour mixture a little at a time mixing on low until just combined, scraping down the sides as needed.
