Barbecue Pulled Pork Potato Chips Nachos
A yummy twist on your usual nachos – use potato chips instead of tortilla chips then load it with pulled pork, barbecue sauce, cheese, pickles, and green onions!

Spread potato chips out in an even layer on a tray or shallow oven-proof platter.
Top with half the shredded cheese, pulled pork, and pickles. Add the remaining cheese on top. Bake in preheated 350 F degree oven for about 5-7 minutes or until the cheese on top has melted.
Garnish with barbecue sauce and some sliced green onions. Serve immediately.
