Fig, Prosciutto and Arugula Sandwich Wrap

Loaded with amazing flavors and so easy to put together this Fig, Prosciutto and Arugula Sandwich Wrap is a yummy and light option for lunch or dinner! Makes a tasty summer sweet and savory treat!

INGREDIENTS

- Sandwich Wraps - Mascarpone - Cherry Preserve - Prosciutto

Spread the creamy cheese of your choice (goat cheese, mascarpone or even plain cream cheese will do) all over the wrap. I used a low-carb wrap but you can use your favorite one.

Spread in the middle a very thin layer of jam or preserve. Just a little dab in the middle should do it so the sandwich doesn’t become too sweet.

Top the jam with prosciutto and then pile on the arugula, about 1/2-3/4 cup per 1 large wrap.

Evenly sprinkle the sliced figs (about 3 sliced figs per wrap) on top. Then roll, slice and enjoy! Great for snacking and perfect as appetizers, too!
