Fried Shrimp Spring Rolls 

This fried shrimp spring roll appetizer is crunchy, easy, and fast to make for both family and guests.


- Shrimp - Salt - Black Pepper - Garlic Powder

Marinate shrimp with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Set aside for 15 minutes. See other alternative seasonings or marinade for the shrimp in the note section.


Place a roll wrapper on your working space. Brush the edges with water and roll shrimps in wrappers as instructed on the package.


Heat oil in a large deep pan on medium-high heat or 350F. Fry in batches until golden brown.


Place on kitchen paper to absorb the excess oil.
