How to Make Dalgona Coffee

No coffee maker or espresso machine is needed to make this tasty and deliciously strong Dalgona coffee that tastes like a super creamy latte but is so easily and quickly done, even by hand.

Combined with the warmed milk and the sweetness from the sugar, plus that uber-creamy texture, it’s such a wonderful and delicious beverage!

I’ve made this a few times already, and both my husband and my teenage son love it! I definitely recommend this to any coffee lover!


- Instant Coffee - Sugar - Water - Milk

In a bowl, combine equal amounts of instant coffee, sugar, and hot water. The above measurement is good for 1-2 servings of coffee.


Using an electric mixer, whip the coffee mixture until thick and creamy. You can also do this by hand by using a whisk.


Spoon the whipped coffee on top of your milk. Mix or drink as is. Enjoy!


The coffee is darker because I used brown sugar. Use white sugar if you prefer a paler coffee.
