How to Make the Perfect Crepes

Crepes are a delectable culinary delight that can be enjoyed in various ways, from sweet to savory fillings.


- All-Purpose Flour - Milk - Eggs - Sugar

Place the flour and eggs into a medium-sized bowl and using an electric mixer beat for about 1-2 minutes.


Gradually pour in the milk and granulated sugar and mix until the consistency is smooth. Let the batter rest for about 20-30 minutes at room temperature.


Preheat a 9” non-stick pan or griddle to medium heat. Use a cooking spray, or drizzle a little bit of oil into the pan. Once the pan is heated through, pour the batter evenly over the pan.


Cook until bubbles form then carefully flip and cook for 1 minute or until golden brown.
