Ingredients
 

Salad

  • 3 cups chopped lettuce 5.29 oz | 150 g
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage 3.13 oz | 89 g
  • 1 cup shredded carrot 4.51 oz | 128 g
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion

Sesame dressing

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seed
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add all salad ingredients in a salad bowl.
  • Whisk all dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Add to the salad and toss.
