Melt the butter and mix with the flour and powdered sugar.
Press into a 9 x 13 pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Take it out of the oven.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs and slowly add the sugar, flour, and salt.
Fold in the diced rhubarb.
Pour on top of the crust and bake for another 45 minutes or until set and nicely browned on top. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars for easier slicing.
