Instructions
Marinate shrimp with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Set aside for 15 minutes. See other alternative seasonings or marinade for the shrimp in the note section.
Place a roll wrapper on your working space. Brush the edges with water and roll shrimps in wrappers as instructed on the package.
Heat oil in a large deep pan on medium-high heat or 350F. Fry in batches until golden brown.
Place on kitchen paper to absorb the excess oil.

Marinate the shrimp in 1.5 tablespoons of oyster sauce or fish sauce and 1/2-1 teaspoon sugar.
