This easy Sheet Pan Ginger Pork with Pineapple recipe takes just 30 minutes to make! 8ozsmall pineapple,cut in cubes
1cupcashew nuts
For the Ginger Sauce
1teaspooncornstarch
⅓cuplow sodium soy sauce
2tablespoonshoney, or to taste
1 ½tablespoonsminced or freshly grated ginger
1tablespoonchili paste, or to taste

¼cupgreen onion,chopped, for garnish
1tablespoonsesame,for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 F | 200 C. Grease a sheet pan with oil.
For the Pork Topping
In a large bowl, add pork, salt and pepper. Toss. Sprinkle cornstarch little by little and mix until well coated. Drizzle oil and mix again.
Transfer pork on the sheet pan. Bake for 10 minutes then open the oven. Carefully add the pineapple and cashew nuts into the pan. Bake for another 10 minutes or until pork is done.
For the Ginger Sauce
Add cornstarch in a bowl, pour soy sauce in it while stirring. Now stir in ginger and chili paste. Pour on the pork and toss all together. Bake for another 3-4 minutes.
Remove and serve with rice. Garnish with green onion and sesame.
