Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 1 cup shortening
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • cups flour
  • cup butterscotch chips
  • cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine brown sugar, white sugar and shortening using a mixer at medium speed. Mix ingredients together until smooth.
  • Next add in eggs and mix at a slow speed.
  • Add vanilla, baking soda, and salt into the bowl and mix for an additional 10-15 seconds.
  • Gradually add in flour while increasing the mixer to a faster speed.
  • Continue to mix until a dough forms.
  • Using a spoon or spatula, mix in the butterscotch, peanut butter, and milk chocolate chips with the cookie dough.
  • Roll small balls of dough onto the baking sheet (about 30-36). Evenly space the cookie dough balls apart.
  • Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until cookies are light golden brown. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
