Ingredients

  • 8 slices bread, English muffin or your favorite sandwich bread
  • butter, as needed
  • 4 eggs, or as needed
  • 1 jar or pack of guacamole, homemade or store-bought
  • 1 jar of salsa, homemade or store-bought
  • 4 slices havarti cheese, or use your favorite

Instructions

  • Cook your eggs over easy in a frying pan or simply fry, poach or scramble, whichever you prefer.
  • As you're cooking the eggs, butter one side of the bread then toast.
  • Melt the cheese on the other slice of bread. If you have an air fryer, that comes in handy for this.
  • Spoon some guacamole on the bread slice with the melted cheese. Spoon a little salsa on top, and spread it all over.
  • Place the eggs on top. Alternatively, you may simply spoon some salsa over the eggs if you prefer that. Place the buttered toast on top.
  • Suggested add-ons: crispy bacon or ham! Enjoy right away.
