8 slices bread, English muffin or your favorite sandwich bread butter, as needed 4 eggs, or as needed 1 jar or pack of guacamole, homemade or store-bought 1 jar of salsa, homemade or store-bought 4 slices havarti cheese, or use your favorite
Cook your eggs over easy in a frying pan or simply fry, poach or scramble, whichever you prefer.
As you're cooking the eggs, butter one side of the bread then toast.
Melt the cheese on the other slice of bread. If you have an air fryer, that comes in handy for this.
Spoon some guacamole on the bread slice with the melted cheese. Spoon a little salsa on top, and spread it all over.
Place the eggs on top. Alternatively, you may simply spoon some salsa over the eggs if you prefer that. Place the buttered toast on top.
Suggested add-ons: crispy bacon or ham! Enjoy right away.
