How to Make Dalgona Coffee (Yummy Whipped Coffee)
No espresso machine is needed to make this tasty and deliciously strong Dalgona coffee that tastes like a super creamy latte but is so easily and quickly done, even by hand. Step-by-step photos are included as a guide.

instant coffee

white or brown

hot water

warm, hot or cold milk of choice
or more as needed
Instructions
In a bowl, combine equal amounts of instant coffee, sugar and hot water. The above measurement is good for 1-2 servings of coffee.
Using an electric mixer, whip the coffee mixture until thick and creamy. You can also do this by hand by using a whisk.
Spoon the whipped coffee on top of your milk. Mix or drink as is. Enjoy!
Notes
The coffee in the photo is darker because I used brown sugar. Use white sugar if you prefer a paler coffee.
