8ouncesof cream cheese (full fat or less fat), softened
1cupof powdered sugar
1teaspoonof vanilla extract
6ouncesof semisweet chocolate (3 oz bar and 3 oz chocolate chips), melted and cooled
1 ½cupsof heavy cream
Instructions
For the Crust:
Combine the crushed Oreos and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie pan/plate. Refrigerate while you prepare the filling.
For the Filling
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
Slowly add the melted chocolate, ensuring a smooth and velvety texture.
Set aside the chocolate and cream cheese mixture.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
