  • 1 package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp of milk
  • 1 tub of whipped topping (Cool Whip) or 1 .5 cups heavy cream 
  • 2 packages of instant chocolate pudding mix (3.4 oz each)
  • 3 cups of cold milk
  • Chocolate chips or chocolate curls, as garnish (optional)

HOW DO YOU MAKE THIS NO BAKE CHOCOLATE LASAGNA? 

  1. Begin by crushing the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. You can use a food processor or a plastic bag and a rolling pin to crush them. Set aside about 1/4 cup of the crumbs for later. In a medium bowl, combine the rest of the cookie crumbs with the melted butter. Mix well until the crumbs are coated in the butter.
  2. Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Use the back of a spoon to press the mixture firmly into the dish. Place in the refrigerator as you’re preparing the other ingredients.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the 1 1/2 cup cream until soft peaks form. Add the 1/4 cup powdered sugar and 1 tsp vanilla and continue to beat until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  4. In another medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until no lumps appear. Add the granulated sugar, and 2 tbsp of milk until smooth.
  5. Fold 1/2 of the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cookie crust in the baking dish. Return to the fridge to chill.
  6. In yet another medium bowl, mix together the instant chocolate pudding mix and add 3 cups of cold milk. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and thickened. Allow to soft set for about 5 minutes). Spread over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Pour the pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer in the baking dish. Spread it evenly.
  8. Spread the remaining whipped topping over the top of the pudding layer.
  9. Sprinkle the reserved Oreo cookie crumbs and chocolate chips (if using) over the top of the whipped topping. Add chocolate curls, if desired.
