Starbucks Banana Walnut Bread

Starbucks Banana Walnut Bread Recipe (real deal!) – now all you need is some coffee or tea to enjoy this moist and scrumptious bread!

So I made some Banana Bread today and I was so happy with it and wanted to share it with you all. However, when I was about to take a photo of it – half of the banana bread was gone!
Apparently, my husband took it and brought it to William’s school so he would have something to eat right after he’s been picked up.

That was really sweet but I just wished he told me first so that I could have taken the photo of the banana bread before he sliced it. So there was no decent bread to photograph now though I have the recipe and I have scheduled a post to come out tonight….hmmm.

Thankfully, as I was searching for some documents I chanced upon this Starbucks recipe which I have kept for years and then I remembered that I still had the photos I took of the banana bread from that recipe. I intended to post this for my old blog but never got the chance. And now I can.

Starbucks Banana Walnut Bread

I got this recipe (2 copies actually) from Starbucks itself when they were giving it away about 3 years ago or so. It was a good recipe and tasted much like the one from the coffee shop. Definitely, a reliable one. I thought I might as well blog about it just in case I end up losing the original recipe.

Anyway, here goes, and thanks to Starbucks for this lovely recipe – actually called Banana Walnut Bread or Banana Loaf if you buy it from the store. I remember the whole house smelling so good when it was baking. Enjoy!

Hi, may i know where did you buy the buttermilk? I saw one but it's in powder form. Is that the one? If yes, do you still need to dissolve it? Thanks!

Anonymous, if you can't buy buttermilk you can create an easy sub by mixing 1 cup of milk and 2 tsp. vinegar. let it sit for a bit before using.
