While it is true that the cold wintry weather still continues to linger, at least it’s technically spring time already! That’s enough to make me excited about the forthcoming warmer temperature which should bring about a sea of green all over the place.
I can’t wait to wake up and see early in the morning the buds coming out of the flowers and trees signalling spring is indeed here. In the meantime, I am pondering on what recipes I can make for my family to welcome one of our favorite seasons – Spring! To celebrate this season of green here’s a collection of naturally and generously green recipes that are not only delicious, they are quite wholesome, too!
